We understand that things come up to disrupt your usual schedule, and we want you to attend the full number of classes you paid for!

And we certainly don't want you to come to class if you or your child is not feeling well, or might be infectious.

If you miss class due to vacation, illness, or other reason, it may be made up any time during the session, (on a space-available basis) at any of our five locations.  

Each family may make up  up to four classes per session.  (For the Summer Session, we allow unlimited makeups.)   We can usually be flexible and grant additional makeups in cases of persistent illness -- we don't want you to come to class sick!   Makeups must normally must be used during the current semester

Make-ups are reserved in advance using our on-line make-up reservation system.  Make-ups cannot be reserved by phone.  While, based on our prior experience, we anticipate having ample make-up capacity, makeups are not guaranteed.  Please reserve your make-up class(es) as soon as you know you will need it.  If you wait till very late in the semester to sign up for a makeup, there may not be an available spot at a convenient time.
