Summer 2021 - Make-Up and Bonus Class Policies

  • You do NOT need to sign up to come to your regular weekly class time. We'll be expecting you!
     
  • Please do not come to class if you or your child might be infectious! Let your teacher know about non-contagious symptoms (e.g. allergies) so we can reassure your classmates.
     
  • You must reserve a spot in advance using the Scheduler to reserve your make-up or bonus class spot. You may be turned away if you come to a class without a reservation.  This is important so that we don't have overcrowded classes, and so we can contact you if class moves to Zoom or the class location shifts.
     
  • Each family is allowed unlimited make-up classes for missed classes during the Summer session.
     
  • Each family is allowed two extra free bonus classes during the Summer session.
  • If it rains, or the predicted heat index is above 90º as of 10:00 a.m.  our outdoor classes will take place at their regular times on Zoom.  Do NOT sign up for make-up class for Zoom rain-dates.  (Here’s some information on how to make the most of our Zoom classes.)
     
  • Classes can be made up at any of our locations.
     
  • You may schedule a make-up in advance, and come any time during the Summer session -- you can schedule to come to do a make-up class before your missed class.
     
  • If you need to cancel your make-up, use "Cancel" tab of the scheduler so that another family may reserve the spot.
     
  • Make-ups do not carry over to the next semester.
     
  • If you know you will be absent in the future, please let us know, so that we may make your regular spot available.
     
  • We expect there will be enough make-up slots for all of our families. However, make-ups are not guaranteed.
     
  • Schedule your make-up class as soon as possible. Do not wait until the end of the session or there may not be enough spaces.
     
  • Note that the class on Tuesday at 10:30 is for children ages 4 years old or older.

Bonus Zoom Classes

  • You may come to as many bonus Zoom classes as you'd like during the Summer session. 
     
  • Zoom classes are live on Fridays at 10:30 and Saturdays at 10:00.  Reserve a spot in a live Zoom class using the scheduler.
