Music Together of Bay Ridge

Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of our classes.

Please do make sure to include a second choice.

You can either pay on-line with a credit card, or pay later by mailing in a check or credit card information. Checks can be made out to Music Fun, LLC, and mailed to 442 - 7th Street; Brooklyn, NY 11215.

Please note, that while we like to be flexible and accomodating, we are not able to guarantee your spot until payment is received.

Priority Registration Period: There is a priority registration period through December 19, 2011, for families who were enrolled in Fall of 2011. We will accept registrations from the general public before that date, and you may receive an automatically generated confirmation e-mail informing you that you are in that class. However, there is a chance that your class time may no longer be available by December 19, if the class fills with returning families. In that case, we will place you in your second choice, and inform you.
